To estimate material density: fill a 10 L bucket, weigh it, subtract the empty bucket weight, then multiply by 100. Result is in kg/m³.
To verify your actual application rate: place a collection bag or tarp under the spinner and rotate the QF Wheel 10 times. Weigh the product. Divide by (spread width × drive wheel circumference × 10 ÷ 1000) to get kg/m², then × 10,000 for kg/ha.
The Flow Factor compensates for inconsistent product flow. 0% = normal; 50% = product flowing at half normal rate. Increasing this value opens the door further to compensate.
Door height is rounded up to the nearest millimetre.
